Knee wear and tear
We ask a great deal of our knees — and for much of our lives, they
oblige without complaint.
It is only later, on the stairs, rising from a chair, or at the end of a long
day's walking, that they begin to speak. The ache, the instability, the discomfort that lingers — these are not simply the inevitable
consequences of time. They are signals, specific and meaningful, of imbalance within the fascia, ligaments and cartilage tissue that hold
the joint together.
We begin with assessment — not assumption — using technology to understand what is actually happening beneath the surface.
From that understanding, we develop a restoration plan that is genuinely personal: addressing fascia, ligaments and cartilage tissue in relation to one another, not as separate problems to be solved in turn.
And as the body responds, we continue to follow its progress — adjusting where necessary, until improvement is no longer a hope but
something measurable: in how freely the knee moves, in how steadily it holds, in how naturally it carries you through the day.
