Bill Ng's connection to restorative science was inherited — across three generations of a family for whom formulation and the practical application of health science were simply a way of life.
His grandfather manufactured health products in Tsuen Wan; his father practised medicine before moving into pharmaceutical production management, co-developing a range of pharmacy-grade products that would eventually form an exclusive
commercial partnership with Watsons and a listed corporation spanning more than two decades. Growing up surrounded by laboratories and formulations, Bill absorbed both the discipline and the curiosity that would shape what followed.
In 2011, he travelled to Montpellier, France to collaborate with a local research team on a new generation of formulations incorporating active peptide technology. NIVANA was founded the following year.
Today, Bill continues to advance his understanding of Eastern and Western functional restoration science — guided by the belief that meaningful recovery in joint health and physical function is available to far more people than currently believe
it to be.

We do not focus only on easing what can be seen on the surface. We begin instead with the deeper relationships among fascia, ligaments, cartilage, and the nervous system, helping each client move toward improvement that is not only more lasting, but also more stable.
We also provides technology and knowledge transfer, wholesale product supply, and professional application partnership programs.
We welcome inquiries from physiotherapy centres, pain management clinics, health management providers, and related professional teams that are interested in integrating NIVANA’s rehabilitation approach and product system into their existing services.
2017 Founder of NIVANA Mr Hoi Tin Bill Ng delivered a presentation at North District Hospital to introduce innovative concepts in health and restorative care.
2019 Partnered with an international research institute to advance cellular repair principles
within health management applications.
2024 Developed NIVANA's next-generation functional restoration programme, with
continued advancement in the applied restoration of fascia, ligaments and cartilage tissue.
2025 Expanded into international markets, engaging with Melbourne’s leading university, a
hospital-affiliated regenerative medicine institute.
2026 Expecting the opening of our first international health centre in Australia, integrating
NIVANA’s restoration practices with advanced clinical partnerships.
